I used Joe to cure a leaking tap and install a new shower. Nothing but good things to say about him and his work. Good value and excellent workmanship, I’d definitely recommend him for use. Also a very amenable chap.

what a legend this man is. had an emergency on a Sunday evening and Joe arrived within 20 mins. The issue was pretty simple (for a professional) to resolve so he fixed it instantly, but he also sorted my boiler for me and made sure everything was up and running before he left. he was probably with me a good hour and I have to say his prices were excellent. considering it was a Sunday and an emergency call out. Considering his own costs (insurance, transport , tools etc)and his actual time, the price really has excellent. I've had emergency plumbers in the past charge much more, some over double JUST for the call-out fee on top of the work. Joe gave me one price and I actually couldn't believe it 😂 such a relief when you have an unexpected expense right after Xmas. He was also very lovely and friendly and professional and comfortable to be around. as a young woman who lives alone this was really great and he spoke fondly of his daughter's one of which is also a plumber! which was also really nice. Thanks again Joe, I've kept his number and have already passed along to family and friends

After a poor experience with a no show plumber I called Joe. He came straight round from another job late at night to fix a leak in the kitchen and obviously new what he was talking about. Had to wait for water board to install a new mains stop outside the next morning and Joe was there to do the work straight after. Kept the mess to a minimum and sorted the problem. Nice guy, really helpful and will keep his number should we need anything in future he will be the first call.

Had worked on my own toilet and went bad. Called joe was along shot as was late Sunday afternoon needed a full toilet replacement. Joe arrived with in 20 minutes removed the old toilet and installed a new one with all brand new parts could not believe the price as the work and timing couldn't of been better would highly recommend Joe I won't be going anywhere even again other then using Joe for his amazing work. Needed a shower fixing for Xmas visitors. Heat control had stopped working. Called Joe out, he arrived the same day. He advised the spare required, which I ordered and it arrived the following day. Joe arrived 3 hours later installed the part and fixed the problem! Excellent service.

I phoned Joe as my bath was blocked and getting worse. Joe arrived within a few hours, he did the job quickly and was very pleasant. I was very happy with the job and I will definitely use his services again.

I had a burst pipe and was in a bit of a panic. I found Joe and he was here within the hour to fix it. Couldn’t recommend enough.

Would Highly recommend Joe. Came out the same day I rang Joe, no call out fee and said he would take a look and see how best to go from there. Arrived when he said and managed to fix the issue that day and this was over the Christmas holiday. We ended up asking Joe back to see if he could fix another shower we hadn’t used in a year as other plumbers had quoted ridiculous prices and work. Joe fixed this and all work was very reasonable priced. Great to find a plumber who’s honest and knows what he’s doing.

Excellent service. Came out to quote me for a shower pump replacement with pipe work altering and did the job there and then.at a very good price.

Our regular plumber had recently retired and we had to look for another one urgently, as we had a water leak in the sink waste plumbing system. We got in touch with Joe of Iplumb and within a couple of hours he was at our home, and within another hour Joe had resolved the problem. It was a very fast response with no call out charges, and we highly recommend him for this, and for his standard of workmanship.

Contacted Joe late on Wednesday evening and he arrived first thing Thursday morning to replace damaged and leaking outside tap. Fast, efficient and well priced. Also no call out charge which was great. Will definitely use again and highly recommend for anyone needing some plumbing work done.
